Hydrogel Agriculture (Super Absorbent Polymer for Agriculture) is potassium based non-toxic polymer capable of absorbing and retaining water up to 300 — 500 times of its own size. Why Potassium Polyacrylate?
Amid dry periods, sodium polyacrylate has a tendency to gather and form cross links which repress re-swelling when it is re-wetted. With a limited number of wet/dry cycles, sodium polyacrylate hinders plant development.
